BayCards operates a crypto-based service that allows users to use their Solana cryptocurrency to purchase and redeem gift cards and vouchers ("Gift Cards"). All gift cards offered on BayCards are delivered digitally via email. It is important to note that all gift cards are validated for authenticity before being sent out to users.

When you connect your cryptocurrency wallet to the Website using a trusted service provider such as Solflare, Torus, or other trusted service providers that we may make available to you on the Website, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and all of the terms incorporated herein by reference.

Account Registration and Security

Account and linking your cryptocurrency wallet: In order to access and use certain features of the Website, you must register for and maintain a user account ("Account"). You can log in or sign up by linking your desired and supported cryptocurrency wallet when you visit the Website.

We may also require you to provide additional information about yourself, such as your email address, socials, and preferences from time to time. Some of these may not be compulsory requirements to register for an account but may be helpful to BayCards in improving and providing you with a more customized user experience when using the Website and the services that we offer.

By using your wallet in connection with the Website, you agree that you are using that wallet under the terms and conditions of the applicable provider of the wallet. Wallets are not operated by, maintained by, or affiliated with BayCards, and BayCards does not have custody or control over your wallet's contents and cannot retrieve or transfer its contents.

Terms of Sale

Product description, availability, and pricing: BayCards offers electronic gift cards and vouchers usable at popular retail, entertainment, travel, and food chains, and makes reasonable attempts to ensure that product descriptions are as accurate as possible.

Product availability: We strive to keep our online inventory availability as accurate as possible, but sometimes an item might unexpectedly go out of stock. In these rare cases, the unavailable items will be removed from the customer's order, and we will notify the customer over email if/when any items are removed from their order.

Payment, tax, validation, and delivery & redemption: Payment for purchases on the Website can be made using the payment methods made available to you at the checkout page. BayCards ensures that the gift card is valid and authentic before sending out any gift card.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Resale

Cancellation: No refunds are provided after completion of purchase and delivery of Gift Card codes. However, requests regarding delivery issues will be reviewed, and refunds may be provided at the sole discretion of BayCards.
